Terms and Conditions

  • All prices on this web site are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
  • The minimum order is 6 bottles and mixed options are available as special promotions. Freight is included in the price only for delivery in NZ to regions serviced by our designated courier service and its subcontractors.
  • We process all orders at the end of each day (Monday to Friday). All orders should be delivered by our designated courier service within 5 working days from day of receipt and processing of the order.
  • All orders will be confirmed by email before dispatch. Should we be unable to fulfil your order for any unforeseen reason (i.e. stock shortages or expiry or depletion of special offers), we will contact you in order to arrange alternative options.
  • We do not deliver orders outside of New Zealand. Customers may contact us at info@sandihurstwines.co.nz should they require delivery to international destinations. Alternatively, customers may contact one of our international distributors at our Distributors page to find a local stockist.
    Please contact us should you have any specific requirement.
  • By using this e-commerce facility, you assert that you are 18 years of age or older. It is illegal in New Zealand for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol.

Refund / Disputes Policy
We will meet our obligations as per the consumer guarantees act with regards to refunds. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to info@sandihurstwines.co.nz for consideration. Please include the circumstances and reasoning behind why a refund is required.. We will endeavour to reply within 7 days to your request.
